First: Grab All The VEGGIES you can find.
Second: Chop the Veggies and throw them in a pot of boiling spring water.
Third: Mince all the herbs fresh or dried, and put them in the stew

Third: Sautee the veggies till perfection
Add Curry, and Coconut Milk to make coconut curry stir-fry

First: you take Bananas, and you smash them to a pulpy mash. Then you add Cinnamon.

Slice up some tomatoes, onion, hot and sweet peppers.
Then cilantro and lime
Let chill for an hour and eat with bread, or as a salad
